Returns and Cancellation
“Please be aware that our products are meticulously handwoven, and we typically have only one of each kind available at any given time. Additionally, our fabrics are made from pure materials, and the weaves are delicate, requiring the utmost care in handling. As a result, we can only consider cancellations, returns, or exchanges under exceptional circumstances. Your understanding and appreciation of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of our products are greatly valued.”
Note: Minor irregularities are the uniqueness of handlooms and makes each piece distinctive.
Cancellations
- You may cancel only your order before it has been shipped, provided that no fall and pico have been added on your request. After completed fall and pico on your request so in that case you can`t cancel your order. You will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website. If you wish to receive a refund instead, any bank/payment gateway processing charges will be borne by you and will be deducted from the total before the refund.
2. Orders based any product cannot be cancelled.
Returns
- Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. Please note that while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return.
- We will only accept your return request when you capture the photograph of defects on the product and upload on mail id support@kashikari.co.in. If the defect is acceptable than only, we will consider it and accept the return.
- Your return request should be sent by email to support@kashikari.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests send after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
- If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at support@kashikari.co.in & call at +919990396732.
- Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return/exchange within 5 working days.
- Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Kashikari at the below mentioned address within 3 days.
- The product being returned/exchanged must be in its original unused condition and sent along with same kashikari box with original bill and tags intact.
- We aim to process all returns within 5 working days.
- You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable. Kashikari will initiate the process for refund on your original debit or credit card within 7 working days but we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank authorities.

Exchanges
You may exchange your order only if no tassels and/or fall pico have been added on your request or confirmation.
2.You will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange. (Please note that incoming shipments into India from overseas can attract very high custom duty charges. Those will need to be borne by the customer in case of an exchange.)
3.To and fro shipping charges will be applicable in case of overseas shipments.
4.Ordered product or any Fabrics are cut from the full yardage and cannot be exchanged.
5.Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be exchanged.

Banarasi saree is not just a saree, it’s a piece of art & heritage, it’s our culture, it’s like a jewel. The handling of this art piece is also an art, a science, which keep this safe for a long duration.
These instructions are for Real zari, Semi real zari and Powder Zari.
-Wrapped your every silk saree in cotton muslin cloth.
-Store it with dry neem leaves for keeping it safe from moth and silverfish.
-Keep out from humidity and moisture.
-The saree fold should be rearranged in every 10 -15 days of interval.
-The saree which is hanged in hanger need to be change in 10-15 days.
-Dry clean only.
-Keep away from direct sun light.
