I am Angika Kushwaha, and my name “Angika” itself carries the essence of my passion. It signifies “textiles or the cloth which can cover our body.” Hailing from the enchanting city of Varanasi, India. I have always been deeply connected to the world of textiles and design.
Recently, I achieved a significant milestone by successfully submitting my Ph.D. thesis from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. My academic journey began at the same esteemed university, where I earned both my Graduation and Master’s degrees in Textiles. Throughout my educational pursuits, my focus has been on Textile Designing, with a specialization in weaving, along with other design-related subjects. I am the 3rd generation in handloom sector.
